These terms are between you and Pixel Owl. Kinboard is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, together with the points below. Nothing here affects your rights under UK consumer law.

Using Kinboard

• You must be 13 or over to create an account. Kinboard is designed for parents, carers and other adults.
• You're responsible for what you add, and for only inviting people you trust into your family.
• Please don't use Kinboard to store anything unlawful, or try to access families you don't belong to.

Reading letters

Kinboard suggests dates it finds in letters and web pages, and you check them before they're saved. It can misread things, so please check important dates against the original.

Pro and the free trial

Pro is a one-off purchase through Apple. The free trial lasts 14 days and doesn't turn into a payment. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Changes and availability

We work hard to keep Kinboard running, but can't promise it will always be available. If we ever close the shared service, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a way to keep your data.

Ending

You can stop using Kinboard and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your own country's courts.
