Open the Family tab and tap Invite. Send them the 8 character code. They install Kinboard, sign in with their email and enter the code. Each code works once, so make a new one for each person.

No. Choose "Just use it on this iPhone for now" when you first open Kinboard. You can sign in later if you decide to share, and everything you've added comes with you.

Check your spam or junk folder, and that the email address is spelt correctly. Codes can take a minute to arrive. If it still hasn't come, wait a few minutes and ask for another.

Before anything is saved you'll see what was found, so you can fix or untick it. If something wrong was already added, open it and edit or delete it. Deleted things can be put back from Settings, Recently deleted.

Tap Undo straight away, or go to Settings, Recently deleted. Anything deleted in the last 30 days is there, including things deleted on other phones.

Settings, Pro, Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Apple handles payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Kinboard.

If you've signed in, sign in on the new phone and your family's diary comes back. If you use Kinboard without an account, go to Settings, Save a backup, send the file to your new phone and open it with Kinboard.

Settings, Delete my account. Your account is removed straight away. If you're the last grown-up in your family, the family's shared data, photos and letters are deleted too. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Yes. Settings, then switch off Chores.

Open Kinboard once so it can refresh, then check Settings, General, Background App Refresh is on for Kinboard. If it's still stuck, remove the widget and add it again.
